What currency will I be charged?

All orders will be processed in Singapore dollars (SGD)

What payment methods can I use?

All orders can be paid using Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery will be made within 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.

 

SHIPPING

How do I get free shipping?

All orders above SGD 30 enjoys free door-step delivery. Delivery will be made within 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, a flat rate of SGD 10 applies for next day delivery (within Singapore only).

I am based overseas, how is the shipping fee calculated and how fast can my order be delivered?

Shipping fee for overseas deliveries are calculated by either total item weight or volumetric weight. You will be provided the most affordable rate at checkout.

Overseas shopping duration is dependent on selected logistic provider and any delay is regrettably outside our control; some deliveries may take longer due to custom clearance, festive season, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, or delays from your local postal service.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return my product?

We accept returns due to manufacturer's defect only.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Email a clear photograph of the defect(s) with detailed description and proof of purchase to returns@forthecattos.com.

We will get in touch to facilitate any exchanges or refunds.

I receive the wrong item, what can I do?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Email returns@forthecattos.com for us to arrange a free pick-up and exchange.

Please make sure the item to be exchanged is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I receive a faulty item, what can I do?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Email returns@forthecattos.com for us to arrange a free pick-up and exchange. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Please make sure the item to be exchanged is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
